Exchange Policy

At House of Mohanthe, we do not offer returns or refunds once an order has been placed.

We only provide exchanges in cases where the product received is damaged during transit or delivery.

Eligibility for Exchange

To request an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • An unboxing video must be recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened.
  • The damage must be clearly visible in the video.
  • The unboxing video and exchange request must be shared with us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please Note

  • Requests raised without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
  • Requests made after 48 hours of delivery will not be considered.
  • Products that have been used, worn, damaged after delivery, or mishandled are not eligible for exchange.
  • Slight variations in color or appearance due to lighting, photography, or screen settings are not considered defects.

Once the issue is verified by our team, we will process an exchange for the same product or provide a suitable replacement, subject to product availability.
